Let’s get you back to confidence

Nothing is better than seeing our patients smile confidently. Our high-touch approach to restorative dentistry makes that possible, and easier than ever. We only use the best materials and an in-house lab to craft your crowns, implants, dentures, and more completely in-house for more personalized, predictable outcomes. It’s all part of our patient philosophy to give you the high-quality care you deserve.

The benefits of restorative dentistry

Restore full function

Imagine enjoying the food you want with comfort. Restorative care restores the full function of your smile so you can order that steak again.

Boost your confidence

Your smile is the first thing people see. Feeling confident about it makes a profound difference in how you feel about yourself.

Prevent further issues

Treating problems early can stop them from becoming bigger (and more expensive) down the road.

Our Restorative Services

Tooth-Colored Fillings

We use composite (tooth-colored, high-quality) fillings to repair small areas of decay or minor cracks in a way that blends naturally with your smile. Getting a filling here is quick, easy, and designed with your comfort in mind—thanks to our gentle approach and sedation options when needed.

Dental Crowns

When a tooth is significantly damaged or weakened, a crown can restore its shape, strength, and function. At Winterholler Dentistry, we primarily provide custom lab-made crowns in our in-house lab for durable, long-lasting outcomes. For patients in need of a same-day crown, we occasionally provide in-office options depending on the case.

Dental Bridges

If you’re missing a tooth (or two), a dental bridge literally bridges the gap, restoring chewing function and maintaining proper alignment. We create custom, durable bridges that are anchored in place by neighboring teeth or dental implants. With our in-house lab and advanced imaging, we ensure your restorative work fits just right and lasts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Contact
Will my restorative treatment hurt?

Not with us. Your comfort is our top priority. We offer a laid-back atmosphere, gentle care, and sedation options including laughing gas and IV sedation. Most treatments are quick and comfortable, and we’ll always talk through your concerns beforehand.

How long do crowns, fillings, or bridges last?

With proper care, most restorations last many years. Crowns and bridges typically last 10–15 years, while fillings can last several depending on location and habits. We use high-quality materials and work with trusted labs to ensure durability and fit.

Do you offer financing for restorative dentistry?

Yes—we accept third-party payment plans through CareCredit, Cherry, and Proceed Finance. We can also provide a cost estimate during your consultation so you’re never surprised by treatment fees.

Do you offer sedation for restorative dentistry?

Yes. We have elevated the standard of safety by having a full-time nurse anesthetist on our team. This allows us to offer sedation for any procedure, from routine cleanings to more advanced restorative and surgical care.

Many offices have the dentist performing sedation while also treating the patient. Not us. With a dedicated nurse anesthetist focused solely on your comfort and safety, we’re able to provide one of the safest sedation experiences available in dentistry.
