Our most popular option. All-on-X uses four to six dental implants to permanently secure a beautiful, natural-looking bridge that restores full function. It’s a top choice for patients looking for a long-term, life-changing solution.
Implant-Supported Dentures
A more affordable upgrade with added security. Snap-in overdentures are held in place by implants but can be removed for cleaning. They provide improved stability and chewing power over traditional dentures.

Final restoration made in our on-site lab
After healing, we replace your temporary with a permanent, handcrafted smile made right here in our Billings-based in-house lab. You’ll work directly with our team to ensure a perfect fit and a look you love.
